We offer a cutting service of mouldings, mounts, glass etc. for amateur framers as well as a full bespoke framing service. We have a large range of ready-made frames in stock.

We aim to keep to a 7-10 day turnaround (availability of materials permitting).

some of the simple rules of framing at Fielders

1. Framing is not permanent. Any item must be able to be unframed back to its original state (no permanant adhesives, no cutting of original artwork etc).

2. No damaging product should be in contact with the original (for example acidic items like MDF). Barrier boards must protect the artwork. Masking tape and sellotape must not be used in framing.

3. A framer should be happy with his work and sign it as his own.

4. Deadline should be met wherever possible but not at the expense of care and quality.

5. Customers should be kept informed of progress. The framer should be availble to talk directly to the customer if necessary.
