Our Staff

Our staff are our business. We may be a small business but our staff are all experts in their respective creative fields! Almost all are graduates and all are practising artists, crafters and makers in a variety of disciplines. Approachable, friendly and always happy to help with great advice for customers' projects and product questions. It's a great place to work - a colourful, creative and warm environment which makes Fielders a truly unique shop.

Ian Fielder (BMet. GCF) - Director

Ian has been MD/CEO for Oh - far too long! He oversees all parts of the business, except book selling. Although he now spends less time on the shopfloor leaving the day to day activities to his amazing team, he is still freely available to our customers. When away from the admin duties at his desk, he gains great pleasure from working with our framing customers and in the workshop solving technical framing challenges. He is a Fine Art Trade Guild Commended Framer.

Now at Fielders for 14 years she is involved with all the creative, merchandising and display operations as well as overseeing the shop staffing and product buying. In her own time she works on her passion for sculpted textiles, colour and pattern, creating multi-dimensional colourful sculptures.

In her spare time she follows her illustration training producing colourful, characterful based illustrations. Her artwork proudly covers our Fielders delivery van and some of our in store merchandising.
